About this Death Cafe

This will be our 2nd death cafe and have a new larger venue as the 1st meeting was so well attended.  We all found it enghtening, thought provoking and it was interesting the impact death and dying has on our daily lives. 

We can discuss grief, your wake, perhaps medical questions.  Its not a self help group or bereavement group.  We just get together drink coffee or tea accompanied by some delicous cake.

If you could let me know if you can't attend and I can give the place to someone else.

Michelle McCann - a funeral celebrant and local resident to Southbourne, enjoy meeting people and feel we should not be afraid to speak about death.

Paul Buckley - works in a funeral home, death is an every day occurence for me, it will be interesting to chat with people outside of a funeral environment who may find it difficult to talk about death, and with people who have differing views and opinions.
