About this Death Cafe

Death Cafe Carlisle is an opportunity to create a safe space and place to discuss death.   The discussion is around your own personal thinking to enable you to explore your own views of death so that’s you can live a more death positive life.   

In acknowledging that our lives are finite we are liberated from that fear and final taboo and can get on with the business of living our best lives.   

You can be assured of a warm welcome  and an opportunity to mindfully discuss death.  See you there   

About Tracy Ward Celebrant

Tracy is a celebrant for all life events and a life coach working in Cumbria and Northumberland.  

She is part of the death positive movement and has been liberated to enjoy life more meaningfully by gaining a greater understanding of death.  

She has worked as a casualty sister, in palliative care  and as a London secondary headteacher . 

Tracy continues to broaden and deepen her own knowledge of death by attending Death Cafes and reading.  She has an extensive reading list she is happy to share but says it’s not for the faint hearted.
