About Beth A Straubhaar

Beth Straubhaar is an End – of – Life Care Consultant and Doula who works with clients to help them through all aspects of advanced care planning. As a certified End- of- Life Doula she provides education and support to both patients and their loved ones in the hope that everyone achieves the most positive end of life experience possible. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher and an independent interfaith minister.

Beth has studied with many teachers including Suzanne O’Brien RN from Doulagivers and Dr. Karen Wyatt from End of Life University. She is active in the death positivity movement and she facilitates Death Cafes in both the Akron and Youngstown areas.

Beth owns a consulting firm in Ravenna, OH where she assists clients in preparing their end – of – life directives. She is currently working on an advocacy program on end – of – life directives for families, doctors, and nurses.
