About Margie Rodgers and Marjorie Hamilton
A Death Café is a global movement to get people talking about death with the view of making the most of their finite lives.
The aim is to shift the conversation about end of life from avoidance to one of familiarity and comfort.
A Death Café is a group-led discussion with an open agenda, rather than a grief or counseling session.
Marjorie Hamilton (Respiratory Therapist) and Margie Rodgers (Former Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor) will host the event. Death Café's encourage people to TALK about death, and bring the subject out of the darkness and into the light.
