About this Death Cafe
I am hosting and facilitating the Carmel Death Cafe because I want to encourage people to talk about death as part of expanding our consciousness and making life more balanced. All living things will die one day, and it can be a liberation to talk openly about death, and make sure that our end of life wishes are respected when the time comes for our departure from this "earthly coil."

Elaine is a Life Coach, and Life Cycle Celebrant and has been hosting the Death Cafe for the past 3.5 years. She believes that life and death are two sides of the same coin, and that talking about death is not morbid, but interesting and healthy.
