About this Death Cafe

I'm running this event because I haven't noticed any Death Cafes in the Tameside area, and I feel that it would be helpful to have such a space in the community. I've experienced a lot of death in my own life, and I know how difficult it can be for people to talk about it.

I would like the Death Cafe to be a place which allows positive conversation and open discussion about the subject of dying, in order that we can make the most of our living.
