Carol Trower is the Project Co-ordinator of Creating Conversations in Croydon, that aims to encourage all Croydon Residents to put End of Life plans in place, from Will writing, registering Lasting Power of Attorney, recording End of Life Wishes to Funerals and End of Life Celbrations.

Daeth is an integral part of all our lives, so lets talk about the deaths of our loved ones/friends and in doing so move forward to think about our own end of life wishes.
