Death by chocolate! This is an informal event being held in the wonderful Cafe by Lucy Armstrong in East Wittering. Chat and chocolate, what is not to love? Come together for an informal evening exploring topics surrounding death and dying in a comfortable environment.
This is not a bereavament group but somewhere to come and explore your thoughts with others.
This is the first Chichester Death Cafe and numbers will be limited to 14 on this occasion due to space. If you would like to attend please do get in touch. Coffee, chocolate and cake will be available to purchase on arrival.
About Bev Downie and Steve Thomson
Bev Downie: I am training to be a Death Doula with Living Well Dying Well and I have also recently completed a Diploma in Person Centered End of Life care with the Skills Network. I have volunteered and worked at St Wilfrid's Hospice in Chichester for eight years.
Steve Thomson: I am a NLP and CBT practitioner and an experienced presenter and hypnotherapist! I am planning to train as a humanist funeral celebrant in the next year.
We both believe that talking about death and dying is something we all should be doing and we look forward to meeting you!
