About Dr. Lyndall Hare, Julio Gonzalez
“Although, I have seen pieces of the Día de los Muerto tradition make their way into events like Halloween, with face paint, costumes, and animated movies, I have not seen the core element of coming to terms with death make the same cultural leap,” Gonzalez said. “This observation inspired me to create the ‘Dia de Los Casi Muertos’ project.” Julio Gonzalez.
Dr. Lyndall Hare is a Gerontologist and has facilitated almost 30 Death Cafes.
