About this Death Cafe
For those new to Death Cafe, please read over the description on this site, or on our Facebook page (link provided below). Remember that Death Cafe is a free-form conversation about Death, whatever that means to the people in the room. It is not a grief support group, it is no an educational meeting. Nothing will be sold, taught, or recruited for. We're simply going to sit down together, have some snacks, and talk about Death for a couple of hours.
Please plan to arrive on time. You may even want to leave a little extra time to make sure you find parking. Blue Star is a popular place on weekends!
The only access to the studio is the exterior stairs. Once you enter the Upstairs Studio complex, the first door on your right will be the bathroom, and the second will be our meeting!
Light snacks and warm & cool drinks will be provided.

Deborah Keller-Rihn is an artist, teacher, and organizer who sees art as a spiritual practice and who values creativity as a powerful tool for personal healing and cultural transformation.
Our September meeting will be generously hosted in her studio, a part of the Upstairs Studios complex at Blue Star, located upstairs from Stella Haus, behind Halcyon.
The September Death Cafe meeting will be facilitated by Laurie Dietrich.
