About this Death Cafe
This is now becoming a regular bi-monthly event in the Nailsworth calendar of community events. As always, we aim to keep the evening as informal and relaxed as possible, for people to share as little or as much as they feel comfortable with about their thoughts and experiences around death and dying. Continuing thanks to Caroline and Greg from The Canteen for letting us use their venue.
About Jane Diamond & Tracey Clements
Jane: I trained as a Body Psychotherapist from 2002-2007. I am really interested in death and dying and am developing my interest in this area. I love the idea of people being able to talk about this subject freely and openly – it’s coming to us all!
Tracey: In 2001-2002 I trained as a bereavement counsellor. I have long been interested in our cultural responses to death and how we can ease the burden of grief for those who are bereft or dying. I am currently exploring ministry with the Anglican Church with a special interest in death and dying.
