About this Death Cafe

Our Death Cafe is a hosted conversation about death and dying from a social perspective [not necessarily a medical one]. No experience necessary, but courage, curiousity and a sense of humour helps.
Participants are encouraged to support each other free of any particular conclusion, belief system or course of action. 
I believe the more we can loosen up about death the more we can embrace life.

About Melanie Mayell

Melanie: I’m an author, artist and photographer. I have published four books; including Goodbye - for Times of Sadness & Loss. Creating the Goodbye book led me to into a Certificate in Grief Support, and recently to becoming a DeathWalker. I believe the more we can loosen up about death and accept it, the more we can embrace life.
