The Death Cafe Sacramento meets Monthly. We provide a forum for discussion of topics related to death and the dying process. Where else can you discuss these topics?
We believe that by embracing the reality of death, we learn to live life more fully in the present. Our discussion often turns to living life to the fullest.

Sandra Young is the host and facilitator of Death Cafe Sacramento. Sandra has been hosting Death Cafe meetings in her Sacramento home for over a year. The group meets the first Monday of each month, 7-9 p.m. (If the first Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held on the first Tuesday.)
