About this Death Cafe

This Death Café will run monthly to two monthly, alternating on a Sunday afternoon at Coffee Zero and at the Sweet Track Centre midweek evenings. Both venues are located on the High Street in Glastonbury. As the name suggests it’s held in a café-like informal setting and participants can attend on a session by session basis. No need to book donations accepted to cover costs.

Death Café is a group directed open discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session. At Death Café you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings about death and dying. It is a chance to have conversations for example about fear of death, what would constitute an ideal death, planning for end-of-life care, wondering what happens after we die or whatever you are interested in….

please arrive 15 miutes before start to arrange  drinks etc for a prompt start.
