About this Death Cafe

We have a French Canadian film crew coming filiming for a French speaking documentary. They will want to take some general shots of the atmosphere of Death Cafe. If you wish not be in the frame of that we will of course take that into account.

We meet every second Monday of the month (except April and August).

Book a place via Eventbrite to help us safe admin time (no need to print out a ticket) and join us for drink, food and conversation about dying, death and what is beyond.

Please come prepared to spend about £8 on food and drink to make it worthwhile for the cafe owner.

Arrive from 6pm and order food and drink at the bar.

We start at 6.30pm. We will take a short break after 8pm, followed by a plenary/feedback from each table in the whole group. The evening ends at 9.15pm.  The last 10 minutes of the evening are taken up with filling in feedback sheets. Your feedback will be published anonymously as part of a write-up on our Death Cafe page.

We take photos to add to the write-ups you can read here. Please let us know if you do not want to be in the picture.

We have room for up to 30 people. Please cancel if you cannot come.

We look forward to seeing you!
