About this Death Cafe
As part of Dying Matters Awareness Week 9-15 May, Leeds Bereavement Forum brings you four Death Cafés across Leeds. At a Death Café people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. Our aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives. We would love it if you could come along to chat.
About Leeds Bereavement Forum
Established in 2002 Leeds Bereavement Forum works to develop and improve bereavement services in Leeds by providing access to up-to-date information, training opportunities, events, conferences and special interest groups to bereavement professionals. The Forum acts as a signposting organisation for people looking for support and provides both an on-line and paper copy of our Directory of Bereavement Services. The Forum is a key partner of Leeds Dying Matters Stakeholder Group which aims to help people talk more openly about dying, death and bereavement, and to make plans for the end of life.
