About this Death Cafe
This event has come about spontaneously over the last few days as part of a community initiative to offer a chance to try alternative activities available in Tauranga. There are workshops being held, including various yogas, voice work, shamanic journeying, african drumming etc. The Death Cafe will fit well in this setting as people are encouraged to explore new experiences. It will be our first Death Cafe, after Grace and Catherine recently attended a 'Gentle Care in Death' workshop with Claire Thurman earlier in the month. The Delightful Festival of Body and Sound are our sponsors for this cafe.
