Explore Death and Dying at the Good Grief Cafe Good Grief Cafe
Thursday, December 12th, 6:15pm-8pm University of Maryland School of Social Work Atrium
Students, faculty, family and friends are invited to participate in the first ever Good Grief Cafe. The Good Grief Cafe is an opportunity to come together in a relaxed and safe setting to discuss death, celebrate life, drink coffee and eat delicious desserts. The Cafe will also feature poetry, music, performance, art and resource tables on numerous topics surrounding death and bereavement. All schools and community members are welcome.
This event is collectively organized by students from Dr. Maxfield's Clinical Social Work Practice in Relation to Death, Dying and Bereavement.
