About this Death Cafe
We invite people of all ages to enjoy a slice of cake, healthy snacks, and a hot beverage as we talk about a taboo subject -- death.
A Death Café is a way of beginning a conversation about death – it’s a group discussion rather than a grief support or counselling.
We are holding Sudbury's first Death Cafe in April, which also marks Advance Care Planning Day, a time to talk about what gives our lives meaning and to begin conversations with our friends and family about what we value and how we want to live out the finite time we have on this planet.
