About this Death Cafe

This group wants to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.

A traditional practice in buddhism, I often meditate on death. After reading about the Death Cafe model, which started in 2010 and now has over 20,000 members around the globe, it felt it was a good time to bring it to Stockholm.
