About this Death Cafe
After co- hosting our very first Death Cafe in May at the colourful Summertown Studio we were overwhelmed by the incredible responses and inspirational messages we received by all who attended.
We discovered how life-affirming it can be to have the opportunity to talk openly about death.
We now welcome the opportunity to come back together as well as to extend a warm invitation to anyone who wishes to join us for lively chat, delicious cake and divine hot chocolate.
Places are limited to 25. Free entry with half price drinks and cakes.

OxBEL offers friendship to people living with a life-limiting illness. We also provide support for their carers and loved ones.
Our fully trained volunteer befrienders are supported by a skilled, experienced and professional team of coordinators. This is a free service.
Dealing with a life- limiting illness and supporting a loved one who is very ill can be among the greatest challenges we face.
OxBEL befrienders offer friendship without fear and with openess and honesty.
