About Jennifer Moran Stritch/The Loss and Grief Research Group at LIT
Jennifer Moran Stritch is a lecturer in the Department of Applied Social Sciences at Limerick Institute of Technology. The focus of her teaching is in personal development and therapeutic group work skills for social care students. In addition to lecturing, Jennifer is the director of the Loss and Grief Research Group which is part of the Social Sciences ConneXions research collective at LIT. She is a frequent keynote speaker and workshop facilitator in the area of death education and experiences of loss across the lifespan. Having trained as a social worker in her native Connecticut, USA Jennifer now lives in Clare with her husband and 3 children.
