About this Death Cafe
We both think that Death Cafes are a great idea and like the recommended approach. A space where everyone has permission to talk about this appeals.
Also, Clocktower Cafe serves great eats. The Cafe is run by a Syrian family who have left home to start new life in London and seem to be doing an excellent job.
We enjoyed our Death Cafes on May, August and December 2015, and think that the many who attended also had a good time.
About Annette Gamblin and Fred Ashmore
Annette and Fred are Quakers from Kingston Meeting. Annette has many years experience in supporting the bereaved and dying. Fred has a long standing interest and is a member of the Quaker Group "Concern for Dying and Death". This is our fourth Death Cafe and we have think that the previous three went quite well.
