About Andrew Cox

I am 70 years old and live with my partner in a remote crofting community on the West coast.

i have spent most of my life living in wild places close to nature. I have been taught by indigenous shamans and medicine people to facilitate healing at all levels. My current focus and interest is in growing medicinal plants and wild food foraging.
