About this Death Cafe

Based on the international movement started by Jon Underwood and Sue Barsky Reid in the UK. Death cafe is an accessible and respectful community space for the discussion of all aspects

of death, dying, and living with the conscious awareness of
death. A group-oriented discussion with no specific agenda
or biases. Just space
for people to
share ideas, feelings, experiences, questions, concerns and honor death.
Committed to breaking the social taboos against talking about death.  Our objective is to "increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.
