About this Death Cafe
Death is something that affects each of us and many are unprepared to face that fact, let alone the event itself.
Gresham Death Cafe offers a safe space open to all who wish to explore what death means to them. We are inclusive and welcoming to all who wish to join us in a respectful manner, no one is pressed to speak after an introduction, listening is just fine if that's what you feel comfortable with.

Both Barbara & Diana have studied Death Doula courses and love hosting the monthly Death Cafes at the Gresham Senior Centers. They understand the desire to provide a safe space to let people explore their feelings, thoughts and perspectives around death, and the attendees often find it helpful and nurturing.
