About this Death Cafe
The original idea to host a Death Cafe came to us via a local book club meeting to discuss Jodi Picoult's novel, The Book of Two Ways. Concepts like death doula training and the Egyptian Book of the Dead were new to many in the group. This curiosity lead in a roundabout way to learning about Death Cafes and the desire to host one.
About Presque Isle District Library
This Death Cafe is hosted by the Millersburg Branch of Presque Isle District Library. It will be facilitated by Chelsey Milstead, Registered Nurse and hospice care worker.
