About this Death Cafe

This is our first Death Café in the north of the Isle of Man.  The venue is fully accessible.  

All are welcome.  Come and speak, or just listen - no one is under any pressure to talk.  There is no fixed agenda.  In previous cafés the converstion has included preparing for death, funerals, what to do with ashes, family discord, grief, bureaucracy, and sometimes we have a laugh!

Refreshments are provided.

About Isle of Man Death Café

Julie Hotchkiss is an End of Life Doula and retired nurse.  She is passionate about helping people talk about and prepare for death, their own and those close to them.

Muriel Garland is a Humanist celebrant who has helped many families by delivering funeral ceremonies sensitive to their needs and wishes.
