An Online Death Cafe

About this Death Cafe

The Caregivers Death Café is for anyone who is currently, or who has ever been, in a caregiving role. Providing care to someone who sick or facing death can often greatly impact the caregiver’s relationship with their own mortality. This Death Café gives caregivers the chance to openly talk about their feelings, thoughts, and experiences around dying, death, grief, and loss.

About Michelle

Grief is often a topic wrapped in silence. Yet it is not a problem to be solved, but a deeply human process to be honoured.

As a Death Doula and Yoga Therapist, I believe that dying and grieving deserve the same care, intention, and compassion we offer any meaningful life transition. My role is to walk alongside individuals and families, creating space for honest conversations about death without fear or judgment, while offering practical guidance, emotional support, and calm presence.

While much of my work supports people facing the end of life, I also recognize that grief takes many forms. Whether you are living with a terminal diagnosis, caring for someone you love, grieving a death, or navigating another significant loss, I blend grief support and yoga therapy to help you find steadiness, breath, and meaning through life's most tender seasons.
