About this Death Cafe
I’m running this Death Café because I believe honest conversations about death help us live more fully and with less fear. Through my work, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people have a safe, non-judgmental space to share their thoughts, stories, and questions.
This gathering will be informal and group-led — just open conversation over tea and cake in a comfortable setting. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re grieving, curious, or simply ready to talk.

Meghan Williams is a Certified Life Coach and End-of-Life Doula based in Turner Valley, Alberta. Through her initiative Mind Full Of (created in honour of her late friend Tracey Nichols), she creates safe, welcoming spaces for honest conversations about life, death, and everything in between. Passionate about supporting people at life’s biggest thresholds, Meghan is honoured to bring Death Café to the Foothills community.
