About this Death Cafe

As summer approaches its latter days and the fields grow golden, we shall gather beneath the trees to consider those subjects which, though often avoided, belong to every life.

Let no one mistake the occasion for a gloomy affair! Rather, it is intended as a cheerful observance of life’s fleeting nature, conducted in good company and under an open sky.

Lemonade and dessert will be provided. There will be picnic tables aplenty. Paid parking available. Exact location within the park to be determined.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a:

- snack or lunch

- comfortable seat upon the ground, if desired (there are picnic tables!)

- willingness to entertain thoughts both grave and delightful
