About this Death Cafe
Come join us at the Shelton McMurphy-Johnson House for a lively discussion about death and dying! Nicknamed the "Castle on the Hill," the SMJ House is a historic landmark that provides a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere to have our discussions. Refrshments (tea, cookies) will be provided.
All opinions and ideas are welcome! We are not a grief support group - we exist to share individual stories, experiences and ideas pertaining to death and dying.
Please note: This event is open to everyone 18 years and older. Entry closes at 6:35 PM - NO EXCEPTIONS.
About Conner Harrington and Lynda Sorensen
Conner Harrington is a Death Cafe facilliator, hospice volunteer, and death educator who has been working in the space for the last three years. His goal is to help people of all walks of life have meaningful, intelligent, and fulfilling discussions about death and dying.
Lynda Sorensen is a Death Cafe facillitator, death doula, caregiver, and death educator. Her warm heart and compassionate spirit enable her to be present to those in the final season of their life. She believes nobody should die alone.
