About this Death Cafe
This is a warm, reflective space to explore mortality, dying, and what it means to truly live. through curiosity and conversation, we normalize the one thing we all share— and perhaps find more meaning in the now.
In American culture, death is often a taboo, dark topic that is met with avoidance. I am here to bring light and curiosity to it. there is no agenda, just a nonjudgmental space to talk about all matters of death that impact us— whether it be the end of relationships, the loss of loved ones, the death of parts of ourselves, spirituality, grief in all of its forms, and of course our own mortality. you may choose to speak and share, or simply stay to listen; all are welcome here. death is never just the end, it is always a new beginning.
In my experience, facilitating these conversations has been so vulnerable, heart-opening, special, and healing. This year,I have set an intention to host two Death Cafes per month! one will be virtual, and one will be in-person. did you miss it last time and can’t make it this time?No worries! there will be opportunities to join the conversation with me every month this year.

By exploring self-love and moving through limiting beliefs, she helps people grieve the death of old identities so their truest self can finally breathe and come alive with curiosity and play.
