About this Death Cafe
This Death Café will be facilitated 'cafe' style, with facilitators at each table, giving everyone equal opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings about death and dying in a safe space.

Facilitator; Eileen Ridley
Before retiring, I worked for several years in palliative care and I'm a trained end of life Doula. I have enjoyed facilitating several Death Cafés, come dine with death events and day of the dead celebrations in the Northeast since 2012.
I believe any conversation we can have about our mortality can enrich our lives and having been a"Home baked"café proprietor in the past, Facilitating eating Death Cafés brings together my love of tea and cakes and my passion for having and sharing discussions about death and dying.
