About this Death Cafe
Groups of 4 or 5 people seated around tables in the upstairs gallery of the library, accessible by lift. Tea, coffee and plentiful cake. A facilitator on each table to ensure everyone has a chance to speak and listen. Time to chat and mingle aftewards.
About Death Cafe Islington
Pru, Alison, Ellen, Dorothy, Caroline, Helen and Joanie are all expereinced facilitators who voulunteered for Age UK Islington Death Cafes at the Almeida Theatre Cafe and the Wellcome Collection and decided they wanted to contine hosting death cafes after fundng ended. Islington Libraries provide the meeting room free of charge.
