About this Death Cafe
The Reading Public library is a wonderful source for knowledge. We are grateful that they support and engage local cultural events. A Death Café is not a support group or a therapy group, but rather an open-ended,community conversation to relax the taboo of speaking about death and dying.
About Karen Glass
Karen Glass has cultivated a personal calling for service for over 13 years. Her life’s work now is helping others create sustaining value in their own Life and Death. She is an advocate for Living with the End in Mind.
As a Life to End of Life Coach she has guided many individuals into resolution and closure of long held unconscious patterns present in all the domains of life that have led to unhappiness and harm to one’s self and others.
As a Death Doula Karen has helped dozens of individuals and families navigate the Pre, during and After Loss and Death process. She works with those who are terminally ill and actively dying in any environment they may be in.
Karen’s work has been described as healing and transformational by individuals and their loved ones.
