About this Death Cafe
Attendees are split into smaller groups, depending on the size of the gathering.
Attendees are encouraged to have natural conversations within each group, before the whole gathering is offered a chance to share together.
Snacks are provided. Feel free to bring a beverage of choice.
FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBIC
No yoga necessary :) Come as you are, we are an intentionally inclusive community and encourage folx to show up authentically.
About Breathing Room Yoga Studio
Our event is hosted by members of our Studio community, including registered yoga instructors and death doulas. Each facilitator is passionate about hosting Death Cafe as a compassonate, non-judgemental, brave space.
This is not a grief support group, nor platform to debate about universal truths. Rather, it is a casual event focused on exploring & sharing about life, death and mortality.
