Join us on the second Saturday of every month for Raleigh–Durham’s first local Death Café created for the Black community!
A Death Café is part of a global movement that fosters open, thoughtful conversations about death and related topics. This welcoming space invites participants to share, listen, and explore these subjects without any set agenda, objectives, or themes. Please note that this is not a grief support group or therapy session. All members of the local and surrounding Black community are welcome.

Greetings! I am happy to introduce Death Café Noire, the first Death Café in the Raleigh-Durham area exclusively for the African American Community.
As a Thanatology student (the study of death, dying, and bereavement), I look forward to facilitating insightful and open conversations around death and dying.
