Anam Cara Guides is a Boston based End of Life Consulting business here to guide and support people and their loved ones on life's final journey. An Anam Cara is a Celtic concept of a "soul friend," someone who walks with you in times of trouble. If you or a loved one is nearing the end of life, Anam Cara Guides can help organize and hold space for conversations about end of life wishes, event planning, paperwork management and providing companionship in the final days. Anam Cara Guides also hosts Death Cafes through the Boston area to help increase dialogue about death, death planning and human connection we all share in saying goodbye.
