About this Death Cafe
Join us for a drop in social gathering, where we have open conversations around all things relating to death, dying and how this shows up within our lives and living.
An invitation to connect with others, share a cuppa & biscuits, thoughts, experiences and stories.
Death Cafe is a discussion group and not a bereavement support or counselling space.
*this cafe is scheduled to be on Grief Awareness Day - from January 2026 we will be gathering on the 2nd Monday of the month ongoingly*
About Lisa Casson
Lisa is a birth and end of life/death Doula, drawn to companion these thresholds. A seeker of spaces where we can gently gather and openly discuss death and dying and all the endings that are threaded through our mortal lives.
Anne and Sharon both work at the Marie Curie Hospice and have fully supported this death cafe into being. They recognise the value of the conversations around death and dying and how intentional spaces can be a valuable support for families.
