About this Death Cafe

We need to be more honest about the one thing we all have in common, we are unfortunately going to die. This event is for people to drop in and talk, discuss or simply listen to what people feel about the end of life. There is no agenda, no one will try and convince you of anything and there is no expectation of what will be talked about. We will join together and talk, we may laugh we may be upset. All of that is completely fine. Lets see how it goes.

Hi. My name is Gary and I live and work in Buxton. I am a wedding celebrant (as a side job) and when speaking to other collegues who are funeral celebrants I have become aware of these Death Cafe events, I want to encourage more open discussions around this subject. I hope you will come and join me. 

Onnen is a lovely little new wine bar space in Buxton, Polly will be welcoming and warm to all that attend.
