Peir Woon is an end-of-life doula based in Wagga Wagga, Australia. Her work centres on community advocacy and education, with a gentle focus on creating compassionate spaces to talk about death and dying—topics so often avoided, yet deeply human.
Peir hosts Death Cafes in Wagga as a way to normalise these important conversations and offer people the opportunity to connect, reflect, and share in a safe, inclusive environment. She believes that when we speak openly about death, we create space for living with greater clarity, care, and meaning. With a calm and open-hearted presence, she invites others to approach this part of life with honesty, tenderness, and dignity.
