About this Death Cafe

Princes Hill Community Centre have invited me to host a Death Cafe quarterly. We began in August 2024 to mark Dying to Know day on August 8th. 

There is a charge to cover catering and donations are welcomed. If finances are an issue please let us know.

About Bonita Ralph

Bonita has a 25 year professional career working in community settings. 
I am a former Holistic Funeral Director and now work in family support in a Paediatric palliative care setting. 

I am committed to non academic death education through conversation and support offered to individuals and families/ chosen family. I have been shown that children are our greatest teachers in navigating death.

I aim to host a Death Cafe where curiosities, kindness, listening and sharing is welcomed - everyone is the expert in their own life.
