About this Death Cafe
I’m running a Death Cafe in Annan because I believe that open, honest conversations about death and dying help us to live more fully and deeply. As an End of Life Doula and Funeral Celebrant, I often hear from people that they find it hard to talk openly and honestly with their loved ones about death and dying.
A Death Café offers a place where you can speak freely, knowing you are not alone, others feel the same and are relieved to discover a community of shared experience.
Our gatherings are simple: tea, cake, and conversation. There is no set agenda and no expectation, just a safe, welcoming space where all voices are heard and valued.
I’m grateful to Kate’s Kitchen, Annan, for sponsoring and hosting this community event. Their warm hospitality and generous support make it possible for us to gather in this way.
