About this Death Cafe

We want people to have a place where they can talk openly about death and dying without being labelled morbid, or my favourite...'you are the grim reaper'! It's an important topic, we talk about everything else, birth, life, sex....why not death?

About Katrina Taee and Jane Flynn

Katrina is counsellor specialising in death, dying and end of life issues as well as grief and bereavement. She is also trained as a Soul Midwife, someone who helps people achieve a graceful and tranquil death. Jane is also a Soul Midwife, is a healer and runs a property development company. Importantly they are great friends and share a passion for bringing the subject of death into the open for discussion and condsideration.
