About this Death Cafe

We are so happy to welcome you to our inaugural Death Cafe at Fernwood Cemetery's taking place in the Rememberance room.

Come with your thoughts, feelings, questions, musing about all things death and dying, the dead and grief.

This is not a therapy or grief group but rather a safe space to explore our relationship to life, and loss and the Great mystery of it all.

And we'll have some lovely teas and goodies to go with it!

About Ahria Wolf

Our facilitators:

Ahria Wolf, MFT, is psychotherapist, a death educator, former hospice nurse, mindfulness meditation teacher who is dedicated to supporting the movement of individuals, families and culture towards a more courageous, trusting, and sacred relationship with death, dying, the dead and grief.

Sharon Pancio, MD, is a longtime student of spiritual traditions including Buddhist meditation, Sufism (via The Diamond Approach) and Christian mysticism. She is a recently retired pediatric hospitalist where she loved caring fo our sick babies and children and their families.

Pam Lozoff, LCSW, is a somatic-based trauma therapist, certified yoga teacher, expressive arts facilitator. She has been facilitating groups for many years with a compassionate heart and a wise ear.
