About Lina Newstead

Claridge House has been a house of healing and a retreat centre for over 70 years and our charitable aim is rest and renewal.   

Lina Newstead is one of most experienced facilator and a teacher of British Wheel of Yoga.  She runs yoga / mindfulness meditation courses at Claridge House, as well as our previous Death Cafes.
