Join Ronika and Yvonne in this time and place to speak openly about death and dying. No judgement. No taboos. Just open, group-directed discussion with coffee & cake.
Held on the 8th of August, this event also aligns with Dying to Know Day, an initiative which encourages death literacy, and frank discussions with family and friends about death, dying and final wishes.
About Dr Yvonne Inall & Professor Ronika Power
Dr Yvonne Inall is the Museum Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Gale History Museum at Macquarie University. She is fascinated by the ways we remember and commemorate the dead.
Professor Ronika Power is Professor of Bioarchaeology in the Discipline of History and Archaeology at Macquarie University. Ronika is also a Deathwalker. Ronika's research examines human remains to better understand humanity.
