About this Death Cafe

Our Death Cafés are inspired by the belief that openly discussing death can help us live more fully. Too often, death is a topic avoided or feared, yet it’s an inevitable part of life. By creating a safe and welcoming space for these conversations, we hope to reduce the stigma, bring clarity to end-of-life planning, and support one another through life’s transitions.

We’re excited to build a community where these important conversations can flourish. The event will be informal, with no set agenda—just a supportive atmosphere where participants can share experiences, ask questions, or simply listen. Whether you’re facing a personal loss, planning for the future, or simply curious, you’ll find connection and understanding here.

We’re proud to partner with the YMCA to make this event possible. Their support helps us provide a relaxed and comfortable space for meaningful dialogue.
