About this Death Cafe
Circle of Friends runs the Death Cafes to facilitate conversations about dying, death, grief, anxiety, fear, joy, satisfaction, and sometimes feelings of peace that come with being fearless and present.
About Circle of Friends for the Dying
Circle of Friends for the Dying will host the 24th Death Café on Wednesday, July 22nd at Woodstock Commons, on Playhouse Lane, Woodstock, NY 12498 (Located off Route 212). Music for mingling and registering 6:30 pm with Busking for Bread - the Death Café Troubadours. The Death Cafe conversation starts at 7 pm and ends at 9pm.
As part of a global movement to “increase the awareness of death to help people make the most of their finite lives,” Death Cafes provide a safe and relaxed environment for conversation and sharing. Death Café is not a bereavement support group, but is a place to freely talk about dying and death and related issues.
Come join us for an interesting evening with neighbors and friends.
